Ken Oldenburger has provided records and information management (RIM) consulting services for over twenty-eight years to provincial, territorial, regional, municipal and First Nations governments. He has also worked with societies, private corporations, and universities. His experience involves essentially every aspect of RIM, including filing records; classifying files; disposition processing; assessing, planning, and implementing RIM programs; developing policies and procedures; designing or amending records classification and retention schedules (RCRS); customizing RIM manuals; researching and updating legal citations; and providing RIM training at all levels. Ken is a founding member of the award-winning Vancouver Island Chapter of ARMA International.

Jessica Nichol joined ARMA VI’s board in 2019 as a Programming Co-Director and is currently serving as the Secretary. She is currently working at the City of Victoria as a Records Coordinator.

Jen Peters has worked in the information field for over a decade, first as a library technician before moving into the world of information management. She now works for the BC Public Service as a Ministry Information Management Officer for the Ministry of Finance and is primarily focused on updating government practices and processes to include data management, unraveling the mysteries of information management for other ministry employees, and encouraging information management practices across all government tools and systems. She is currently in her final year of her Masters of Information Management program.
